The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, and the queen beds in the room ensured a comfortable stay. The pool area was well-maintained, and the friendly staff left a positive impression. Sporadic air conditioning was an issue was great. Noise from the neighboring rooms disrupted the peace on a couple of occasions.

The room we had for four nights was great! The room was perfect for us and everything in it was very clean. We were surprised and thrilled when we discovered that we had a select comfort mattress. We would never hesitate to stay at another Radisson Hotel.

Uncomfortable beds and the location of the room is right next to the elevator/stairs, very noisy. We did not sleep well. Staff at the front desk were unable to provide us with any information about the area, restaurants, etc.

The room had a tv, refrigerator, and free toiletries. I liked the cozy seating area and the microwave was handy. The outdoor swimming pool had comfy sun loungers. Check-in was smooth and staff offered delicious warm cookies. Great breakfast options included fresh pastries and organic juices. Really enjoyed the fitness center too.

Shuttle bus

It was impossible to open the window which made air in the room very dry, otherwise the hotel was excellent, but this small detail will cause that I will not stay in this hotel again. If the policy changes would love to be contacted.

Beautifully clean and comfortable hotel with staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Great food options and a very comfortable bar. Spotlessly clean swimming pool with towels provided.Nice touch in the room with bottles of water provided every day.

The warm cookies at check-in were a-ma-zing 🍪 Our room was spacious and clean, but the AC acted up a bit. A nice stay!

I received an overcharge of $299.19 which I discovered when I returned home. I paid in full in advance via visa on Jan. 5, 2013 ($199.19). On Jan. 19, 2013 my visa was charged $299.19 for the same two nights. I notified the motel on Jan. 21, 2013 of the problem and have still not received a credit for the overcharge.

good experience but lacks attention to detail

The receptionists were friendly. The housekeeping staff diligently kept our room tidy throughout our stay. It was also great that the hotel team went out of their way to return a forgotten item to us after we checked out, showcasing really good service. During our two nights, we enjoyed the convenient location near local attractions and appreciated the hotel's clean environment.

The number bed! First time sleeping on a number bed and it was so nice to ajust its firmness, great selling point to return to the Raddisson Phoenix Chandler hotel.

The hotel offered clean rooms and a friendly staff. A midnight fire alarm caused inconvenience, and there were issues with breakfast credits that created confusion. Staff responsiveness at times could have been better, affecting my overall experience.

The Doubletree By Hilton Chandler Phoenix, Az is beautifully renovated, with a classy atmosphere and easy accessibility. Rooms are spacious, and the warm cookies at check-in added a special touch to my stay.

The place was fairly clean with an exceptionally pleasant and amazingly kind staff with great service and attention to the customers' needs. The location was marvellous for exploring Chandler. We had early meal in Whataburger, based nearby.
